Service by Field Rep/On Site:
If the need for a service technician arises, first contact your Rosback
dealer/distributor from whom this equipment was purchased. If you are
unable to obtain service locally, contact our main office. Rosback will send
one of our experienced field representatives to service your machine in a
reliable fashion to get your bindery machines up and running again.
Field rep services cover technical assistance, installation, preventive
maintenance and equipment repair.
