This preventive maintenance schedule describes basic maintenance
for your Rosback finishing equipment that will help keep it in good continuous
operating condition. The recommendations in this schedule is based
on average use and operating conditions. Alter this schedule as required by the
conditions in your facility.

A light coat of SAE 10 oil may be added to
metal surfaces that do not come in contact with paper stock. It is a good
idea to cover the trimmer when it is not in use to keep dust from settling
in working parts. |

Grease cams and rollers. |
Apply NLGI #2 multipurpose lithium molybdenum
disulfide grease. DO NOT over lubricate. Wipe away excess grease. |

Grease knife castings. |
Apply NLGI #2 multipurpose lithium molybdenum
disulfide grease. DO NOT over lubricate. Wipe away excess grease. |

Oil all drive chains and sprockets. |
Apply SAE 30 oil to both chains.
DO NOT over lubricate. Wipe away excess oil. |

Clean all tapes. |
Clean with a blanket wash or alcohol based
