Service by Field Rep/On Site:
If the need for a service technician arises, first contact your Rosback
dealer/distributor from whom this equipment was purchased. If you are
unable to obtain service locally, contact our main office. Rosback will send one
of our experienced field representatives to service your machine in a reliable
fashion to get your bindery machines up and running again. Field rep
services cover technical assistance, installation, preventive maintenance and
equipment repair.

Disconnect, lock and tag before starting any service or maintenance work.
This is to avoid any possibilities of becoming entangled in moving parts
or severe, possibly fatal electrical shock.
Before doing any of these procedures:

Disconnect
machine from its power source.

be alert.

Study
your situation.

Do
the easiest things first.

Double
check before powering machine.
After the scheduled services are performed, record the date and time, who
performed the service and what type of service in the boxes provided after each
maintenance period.
