This is an image of our standard perforating heads and is provided within a package. The part number is 220-A-108 and is used on all Rosback perforators. Standard "CD" Perforating Heads
This is an image of our standard "CD" perforating heads and is provided within a package. The part number is 220-A-127 and is used on all Rosback perforators. Multiple CD Inlay Card Heads
These are images of our multiple CD Inlay Card heads. These heads will gutter slit and perforate large sheets creating multiple CD head inlay cards. Part Number: 220-A-131. Creasing Heads
These are images of our creasing heads and are provided within a package. Currently the top two are standard and the part numbers are 220-A-113 & 220-A-114 two-line adjustable and these are used on all Rosback perforators. The bottom three are also available similar to the standard yet have sharper creasing edges. Adjustable 2-Line Creasing Heads
These are images of our adjustable creasing heads and are provided within a package, part number 220-A-114. These creasing heads can be adjusted from 1/4 to 1-9/32 inches center to center. Hinged Cover Creasing Heads
These are images of our hinged cover creasing heads. These creasing heads produce hinged covers for perfect bound books. The results create a more durable and attractive book. Micro-Perforating Heads Rosback micro perforating is designed to produce consistent miniature perforations into stock. No material is removed because the perforations are pressed into the stock. Micro perforating is primarily used for laser printers. However, there is a multitude of uses for micro perforated stock in the printing industry. A ream of micro perforated stock will remain reasonably flat, much flatter than slot-cut or knife-cut perforated stock. Special Slit/Perf Perforating Heads
This is an image of our special slit/perf perforating heads. For this application a customer required two different heads. One head to slit and perf along the outer edges by 6 mm while the center head perforates and slits by 6 mm and a 15 mm gutter cut to separated the finished stock. Another Example of Special Slit/Perf Perforating Heads
This is an image of special slit/perf perforating heads as well. For this application a
customer required two perforations with a center slit to divide the sheets. Special Pressure Sensitive Slitting Heads
This is an image of the Pressure Sensitive Attachment. The Pressure
Sensitive Slitter is designed to provide the precise control needed when
slitting the backing on pressure sensitive material. Where sensitivity is
concerned this attachment can make one turn of the adjusting knob to change the
cut depth approximately 0.001". Strike Perforating Head Examples
If
your application calls for a tear-out corner coupon, return business card or an
unusually centered square tear-out pattern, this versatile system will do the
job. The 240XL Perforator can be equipped with 4 heads and the 243XL can
