The Cobra 4x4 Strike Perforating System offers versatility
that no other perforating system can match. The Strike Heads are individually and
electronically controlled to give a multitude of strike patterns with surface
speeds up to 24,000 ft/hr. If your application calls
for a tear-out corner coupon, return business card or an unusual centrally
located tear-out square pattern, this system

jobs an Easy-Out Shaft upgrade will speed up the head replacement process.
These shafts easily separate and quickly re-engage without removing the
side guard or hand wheel.
The Easy-Out Perforating Shafts are a perfect option on all new Rosback
220 Series Perforators and are adaptable for machines in the
field. The Easy-Out Perforating Shaft feature is now Standard on
all New Rosback 240XL Series Perforators. For machines in the

Micro-Perforating |

consistent miniature perforations into stock. No material is removed
because the perforations are pressed into the stock. Micro
Perforating is primarily used for laser printed stock. However,
there is a multitude of uses for micro perforated stock in the printing
industry. A ream of stock will remain reasonably flat, much flatter
than typical knife-cut or slot-cut perforated stock. |
