The Rosback 252 Universal Interface is a conveyor
unit that has been designed to go between any stitch/fold tower unit and Rosback 318SA
Trimmer. The new 252 Universal Interface accepts stitched or
folded (or perfect bound) booklets inline and moves the booklets onward in proper synchronized time
to a 3-knife trimmer. The result... a perfectly trimmed and finished book
without the necessity of and problems associated with guillotining
saddle-stitched books.
The 724 LYNX Vertical Feeder is a 4-pocket
collating feeder designed for the LYNX series saddle-style book binding systems.
A great space-saving option.
The 953 Pro-Feeder, is a self powered,
single pocket feeder, with a continuous pile capacity, vacuum separation,
mechanical grippers with rotary transfer that will feed signatures... both
stitched and unstitched, single sheets and glued booklets, into other
finishing equipment, at speeds up to 6500 cycles per hour. The Rosback
Pro-Feeder is mounted on casters. The units can be easily rolled to work
stations throughout your plant. Will go perfectly in-line with our 250
trimmer units.
930XL Conveyor Delivery The optional 930XL Conveyor Delivery rolls behind any Rosback
perforator for continuous shingle feeding. It's a large 30"
belt delivery that is a perfect choice for your finishing equipment needs.
