The Perfect Binder 420 is a fully automated binder ideal for long or short runs where quick changeover and ease of operation are essential. All setup and operation is completely automated. When the first book is clamped, the processor uses the measured thickness to set the milling speed, side glue rollers, and scoring wheels. Features include a PC based full color touch screen providing complete control of all operating parameters. True spine milling and notching guarantee a perfectly prepared spine. The gluepot provides automatic adjustment of glue thickness, temperature, and side glue rollers. The length of glue can be adjusted to skip the lead and trail edge of the book, eliminating glue build up in these critical areas. A vacuum cover feeder with automated scoring is standard. Chips and fumes are removed by a built in suction system. Books are delivered to a receding motorized delivery.

Produce books up to 2” (50mm) thick at cycle speeds up to 600 cycles per hour. Standby mode, adjustable nipper dwell and a book counter are standard.
