Rigo Megabind 420 Perfect Binder

Print Literature

The Megabind 420 Perfect Binder is an automatic binder ideal for long or short runs. Features include an LCD display for function setting and control. The book clamp and nipper operate automatically. True spine milling and notching with adjustable glue thickness and temperature guarantee perfect books every time. A vacuum cover feeder with scoring is standard. Chips and fumes are removed by a built in suction system.

Produce books up to 2” (50mm) thick at cycle speeds up to 500 per hour. Standby mode, adjustable nipper dwell and a book counter are standard. Manufactured in the European Union by Rigo Ltd, an ISO9002 certified manufacturer with over 18 years in the graphic arts industry. These machines are rugged and built to last.
