The Rosback 882 Perfect Binder takes the best features of its predecessor, the 880 Book Binding unit, including the unique ability to produce consistent strong square spines, fast cycling speeds, and a hefty 2" clamp capacity, and adds a new operator interface providing a central master control for simple quick setup, and total system monitoring.

Now, printers and book binders can have everything they seek in a perfect book binding operation:

Some of the new innovative binding features:

• Cover joggers (to insure precise cover registration, only available w/887 Cover Feeder)

• Self-adjusting nipper (adjusts automatically to any book thickness)

• Variable conveyor tape travel (allows shingling or single book exit)

• Integrated book counter (counts finished  books for batching)

• Quick changeover to pad mode (disables the nipping station to create pads)
